Dr Lachlan Barlow is a Gold Coast local who grew up and studied on the coast. He is a friendly and compassionate dentist with a special interest in restorative and cosmetic cases.

Lachlan graduated from Griffith University with Academic Excellence in his Bachelor of Oral Heath in Dental Science and Graduate Diploma in Dentistry. He strives to continually expand his knowledge base and attends the latest dental courses. Dr Lachlan’s priority is to ensure his patients are in the best possible hands.

In particular, Dr Barlow has had further training in the areas of dental implants and advanced prosthodontics procedures. Lachlan takes great care to explain all options and procedures available. As well, he aims to make his patients’ dental experience as comfortable as possible.

After graduating, Dr Lachlan Barlow has worked in the South East Queensland area from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. He has also volunteered as a dentist in the villages of Nepal.

Lachlan’s passion for dentistry stemmed from his own dental experiences after having braces as a child. Once he saw how teeth and a good smile could affect someone’s self-confidence, he knew that he wanted to be a dentist. As a result, Dr Barlow enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has a particular interest in restorative and cosmetic cases.

Outside of work, Lachlan likes to pick up new skills and hobbies like CrossFit, hiking and salsa dancing. He enjoys travelling, whether it is interstate or overseas.
